About the event
Join us for an incredible experience that you will not soon forget. Share a table and a meal with a Hero from the WWII, Korean or Vietnam wars. Accompanied by any guest they may bring, along with a host member from our CVMA® Chapter. You'll learn and see what "Honor Flight San Diego" does.
You'll hear a short Bio of each Hero, and they'll be given the microphone to tell a short story of their experience while serving if they choose to share. Most just "kids" when called to serve, and now senior citizens, too humble to accept the moniker of "Hero"... of which they truly are. The conversation and levity you'll enjoy at your table will be priceless.
You will leave, upon reflection, with a new perspective of your own life. This is a moving, uplifting and fulfilling event that you will be glad that you attended. We promise!
